QVMC's Health Library - A Resource for the Community.
Queen of the Valley Medical Center recognizes the need patients and community members have to be fully informed about health issues. That’s why we’re proud to offer access to our Health Library, which is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Our Health Library, located in the main medical center building near the Madonna entrance provides access to materials devoted to the latest information on physical and mental health and disease. Residents of Napa Valley and our patients can check out videos, books, and journals from the library. Some of the material is presented in both English and Spanish.
There is no charge for this service.
As an additional service, patients of the Queen may call the Medical Library, a fac ility located in the main hospital building on the first floor, and request health information written on a consumer level. This material will be brought to the patient’s hospital room.
